How do I collect my keys to the apartment?

A representative will meet you at the property at check-in to deliver your key and present your booking contract for signing.

What is the Security Deposit for and is it refundable?

What is the maximum occupancy per apartment?

Standard apartments have 2 rooms and can accommodate 4 guests per apartment. The Penthouse with 3 bedrooms accommodates 6 occupants. Additional guests per apartment type will pay an additional $20.00 per person per night. This is discouraged

Parties or large events are not allowed. Guest come from all walks of life to enjoy the peace and quiet that we guarantee. Guests who float this directive will forfeit their Security Deposit. Exceptions can be made for intimate dinner parties for not more than 6-8 people.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

We strongly discourage smoking inside the apartment. All the same, feel free to smoke on the balconies. A fee of $100 will be deducted from your security deposit to launder linens and curtains in the even the client smokes indoors.

Are there grocery stores and restaurants in the neighbourhood?

There are several convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, other apartments, hotels and pharmacies within walking distance of the Avery.
