A Serviced Apartment is a fully furnished and functional apartment available for short term or long term stay. They are relatively bigger than hotel rooms and offer fully fitted kitchens with utensils and crockery. The idea is to replicate a home away from home. Routine cleaning and payment of utilities are handled by the management company.

The standard bedrooms rent for $100 a night, while the penthouse rents for $150 per night on average non-peak seasons. There is also the option of long term rent for both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Call 0302-520010 or 0208-894-202 for current rates.

A representative will meet you at the property at check-in to deliver your key and present your booking contract for signing.

A fee of $200 is charged on all bookings as collateral against damages. If there are no damages to the property by check-out date, the amount is refunded in full..question4.answer1

Standard apartments have 2 rooms and can accommodate 4 guests per apartment. The Penthouse with 3 bedrooms accommodates 6 occupants. Additional guests per apartment type will pay an additional $20.00 per person per night. This is discouraged

The Avery Apartments run on high speed fibre optic internet with individually allocated wireless routers to boost uninterrupted connectivity at no extra cost.

Yes. There is a standby power plant on sight.

The Avery has 24/7 surveillance of the property both via man-guard security and CCTV feed.

The general premises is cleaned every day while interior apartments are cleaned once weekly.

If requested, this can be arranged at a fee.

Parties or large events are not allowed. Guest come from all walks of life to enjoy the peace and quiet that we guarantee. Guests who float this directive will forfeit their Security Deposit. Exceptions can be made for intimate dinner parties for not more than 6-8 people.

We strongly discourage smoking inside the apartment. All the same, feel free to smoke on the balconies. A fee of $100 will be deducted from your security deposit to launder linens and curtains in the even the client smokes indoors.

There are several convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, other apartments, hotels and pharmacies within walking distance of the Avery.
